Ing. Ayoade Aderibigbe

Ing. Ayoade Aderibigbe is a mechanical engineer with almost two decades of experience working in both logistics and mechanical maintenance management. I have a bachelor of science degree from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology, I am a certified Health and Safety Professional, also hold certificates in Project Management and Logistics Management. I currently work at PHAM_EZZYSHIP FEIGHT AND LOGISTICS LTD.

I have worked at the Volta River Authority (TTPS-Tema Generating Station) for 2 years as a mechanical maintenance engineer. During this time, I worked as maintenance personnel during combustion inspection of the plant, where I gain experience to power generation processes and procedure i.e. from generation to distribution to end user.

I also worked as the operations supervisor at Rockwealth Quarry LTD, Shama, Sekondi-Takoradi in the western region for 2 years, where gained ampul experience in the procedures and steps involves in building a strong reliable crushing systems for stones or boulders into different aggregate sizes. I designed the maintenance scheduling program used for maintain all operations equipment of the quarry, both small and heavy-duty machinery such as jaw crushers, to conveyors to screens for easy separation of crushed stones and designed an effective return system for oversized stones in all screen sieve.

I also worked as the workshop manager at Magna Logistics International, Takoradi, for 2 years where I built new trailer suspension systems for 3-to-5-wheel axle support system for more loadand weight distribution and reduction in deform or damaged axle leaf-springs, or hub drum and lots more.

I had the privilege to as the operations manager at Taurus Trading and Logistics Limited for 2 years. During which time the passion for shipping logistics was lit, I was involved in various harbour operations offloading various vessels with the materials used for the manufacture of cement like clinker, gypsum and coal. I coordinated, hauled over 300 metric tons of materials used in cement production across different countries on the African continent.

I have a passion for travelling, experiencing new cultures and languages, and being part of a teams of achievers to create a lasting effect of goods and services. I am Innovative person with excellent interpersonal skills and a well-tuned analytical mind, capable of using own initiative. My objective is to acquire theoretical and practical knowledge in my fields of training and buildmy interpersonal skills through hard work and determination. I pry myself to be an effective team member, adding value to the business and organization I’m privileged to serve. I seek to continually utilise my potentials to further develop my self-management and work content skills in any organisation I’m privilege to work in.
